Newman Room Conference Package
£1650 per day.
This package is for use of the Newman Room from 0800hrs to 1700hrs. It includes the use of its own Projector, Power Screen, Wifi, cabling, 250 steel chairs and 20 Trestle Tables, as well as use of up to 14 red staging units.
The Newman Room is in an area, 23m x 14m which can be used for a variety of activities; to date it has been used for conferences be it for 50 or 500, boards of inquires, examination centre, cinema, fashion shows, antique fairs, dances, talks, tutorials, choirs, orchestras and chapel.
The Newman Room can seat 500 comfortably, considerably more standing, with acoustic doors, staging units, Bluthner Grand Piano, Organ, Projector, Power Screen all linked to wifi and satellite. Additional requirements for Catering and IT can be obtained.
The Chaplaincy also possesses a theatre & alcohol license for public performance.
