The OU Pro-Life Society is an independent society which works closely with Catholics and other student-run religious groups to promote the pro-life issues within the university, through meetings, marches, involvement with elections and distribution of literature.

Update on the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Billl.
The human fertilisation and embryology bill is about to enter its final stages in the House of Commons. It may include amendments to the law on abortion.
Archbishop Peter Smith, the Bishop’s Conference representative for Christian Responsibility and Citizenship, has asked all to engage in the important debate necessary before such a bill is passed and to represent their views to local MPs.
